Sprints management
Sprints in Agile Analytics
Most of the teams who are devoted to the agile approach, use an agile sprint as a fixed amount of time the team has committed to complete the work. Sprint length is most likely to vary between 1 and 4 weeks, but surely each team’s sprint planning is unique.
